As a seasoned traveler and lover of coastal views, the Scrabster House was a delightful surprise during my recent visit to Thurso. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the Northlink Ferry terminal and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the beach area. the view from the property was stunning, especially with the recent snowfall adding to the picturesque atmosphere. The house itself was cozy and comfortable, with modern facilities and a clean, inviting atmosphere. the main bedroom was particularly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. the kitchen and laundry facilities were well-equipped, although I did not use them during my stay. the owner and manager were both accommodating and readily available to assist with any inquiries. the Scrabster House offered a great value proposition, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay with unbeatable views of Scrabster harbor and Thurso bay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the Thurso area, regardless of the weather conditions. It truly exceeded my expectations and left me longing for a return visit in the future.
